Module Description

This concrete design software will design or check concrete columns for axial tension, compression and biaxial moments using the latest ACI 318 provisions. Output includes section dimensions, number of bars, bar spacing, moment magnifiers, interaction curves and more.

The heart of the concrete column program is a sophisticated non-linear equation solver that finds the depth and orientation (angle) of the neutral axis when the column is subject to biaxial moment and axial forces.
